Can I substitute one channel for another in my programming package ?

Allowing customers to substitute channels would have the adverse effect and would result in increase in programming prices both for overall programming and for a la carte stations. To avoid this dish network does not allow any substitutions. DirectTV however does offer some select a la carte channels. You should however check with provider as these offers may change from time to time.
